This role will help us to do this by assisting the People, Technology and Innovation teams in delivering and managing changes to culture, people, process, technology and data within the organisation. We are embarking on an ambitious and innovative change programme and this is a great opportunity to join us and make a difference.

In this role you will

Work with teams across IVH to support the development, implementation, prioritisation and monitoring of our action plans including our people plan, our technology plan, and our overarching corporate plan.

Play a key part in supporting our our exciting change programmes.     

Help us collate and explore new ideas for innovation and change.          

Support colleagues across the organisation in the use of appropriate project tools and techniques to ensure changes are a success.

Measure and monitor benefits and impact from the delivery of continuous improvements and projects for our colleagues, customers and communities.        

Coordinate the collation of performance and improvement information and support the interpretation of key data sets to help us to continue to improve.

We need people who have

  • Good organisational and analytical skills to help us deliver on our exciting and ambitious change programmes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex information to a wide variety of people and collaborate with colleagues and external partners.

  • The ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines with minimum supervision and without losing customer focus.

  • Good IT abilities including Microsoft Office suite.

  • Strong creative and problem-solving skills

Irwell Valley Homes is a housing association providing affordable homes and services to over 16,000 people across Greater Manchester and employing over 280 colleagues.

We are a charitable, registered provider of social housing and offer homes mainly for social rent, with a small number for affordable rent, market rent and shared ownership. We also provide homes with support for people with dementia, mental health issues, learning and physical disabilities, those who have been made homeless and people affected by domestic abuse.

As well as providing homes, we deliver services and support to customers and work in partnership with specialist organisations to help them sustain their tenancies and get on in life. And we engage with customers to shape services and review our effectiveness.
