This role will help us to do this by providing monitoring and support in connection with tenants’ well-being and housing management needs. 

In this role, you will be responsible for

  • Delivering a brilliant service

  • Providing intensive ‘on scheme’ housing management and support services to customers living in our

  • buildings, encouraging active customer participation and involvement

  • Ensuring that the building is compliant with health and safety and that all repairs and planned works

  • are carried out to an appropriate standard 

We need people who have

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong organisational abilities

  • Proficiency in using IT systems such as Word, Excel, Teams

  • The ability to cope with the ups and downs and bounce back from challenges

  • An understanding of professional boundaries

An enhanced DBS Disclosure check is required for this role. You must have the ability to drive and have access to a car, along with the ability to work flexible working hours.

Irwell Valley Homes is a housing association providing affordable homes and services to over 16,000 people across Greater Manchester and employing over 280 colleagues.

We are a charitable, registered provider of social housing and offer homes mainly for social rent, with a small number for affordable rent, market rent and shared ownership. We also provide homes with support for people with dementia, mental health issues, learning and physical disabilities, those who have been made homeless and people affected by domestic abuse.
