Contract Type: Permanent 

Hours: 35 hours - Monday – Friday, working hours between 9am – 5pm

Agile Working – supporting teams that operate between 8am and 6pm most days

This role will help us to do this by providing a professional administration support service for lettings, tenancy management and rents activities. You will also be responsible for delivering all key administrative duties for these functions, ensuring customers are receiving an excellent Customer Experience in line with our Customer Service Standards and offer

 

In this role, you will be responsible for

  • Ensuring that all customers’ needs are considered and providing administration support services that allows services to be tailored accordingly. 

  • Taking ownership for resolving customer and colleague enquiries that are within your gift to resolve

  • Effectively manage incoming and outgoing post for all Tenancy Services departments.  

We need people who are / have

 

  • Experience of dealing with customers queries both in person and over the phone in a sympathetic and helpful manner

  • Good IT abilities including the use of Microsoft 365, Windows, Word and Excel

  • Experience in a similar role, providing competent administrative support
