Location: Greater Manchester areas 

Salary: £14.20 per hour 

Contract Type: Casual 

Hours: Variable hours (Monday –Sunday shift patterns can include late cover and nights at our Salford scheme)

The casual roles will help us to do this by providing support through a person-centred approach to vulnerable adults and young people in our independent living projects and schemes: 

In this role, you will be responsible for

  • Supporting our customers to help them develop independent living skills, helping them to achieve their potential and to engage in activities and the community.
  • Help to enable customers to develop emotional resilience, overcome barriers and take control of their lives and be involved in all aspects of housing management.
  • Coach, mentor and provide strengths-based approach

We need people who are/have

  • Worked in a similar role, in a supported housing environment or relevant social care setting.
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults and young people with support needs
  • Experience of strengths-based support planning and risk assessment.

An enhanced DBS check with Adults and Children is required for this role.
